Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchanges only in the rare case that:
- You receive a damaged product
- You receive an incorrect item
- The product has a manufacturing defect
To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your Order ID
- Clear images/videos of the product
- An unboxing video clearly showing the issue
Return Policy
Due to hygiene standards and the exclusive nature of our imitation jewellery collections, we do not offer returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Personal preferences
- Minor color variations caused by lighting or photography
Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Refunds
Approved refund requests (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after the product passes our quality inspection.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or provided as store credit, at the discretion of Naqsharaa.
Important Care & Claim Guidelines
- We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video while opening your package, as it helps us resolve claims smoothly and fairly.
- Jewellery damaged due to improper handling, exposure to moisture, perfume, chemicals, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
